We would like to hear your views on the service that we have provided in Parking Services when administering your parking permit.
Brighton & Hove parking services are committed to continually reviewing and improving our service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
The following survey is aimed at finding out what we do well and also what areas we need to focus on to keep improving our service to you.
As a result of a recent customer survey we will be implementing a call forward system and ensuring that, where possible, we have a team member as first point of contact to reduce unnecessary queueing.
